Enrolment Procedure

Below is a summary of the enrolment procedure.

  1. The Enrolment Form can be downloaded from here or from your local agent. Please complete the form and attach two recent photographs.
  2. Send the Enrolment Form directly to Pacific Training Institute by mail, e-mail or fax, or submit it to your local agent.
  3. Once your application is approved, you will receive Letter of Acceptance and a Tax Invoice for all fees.
  4. Once full payment is received and cleared by PTI, an Offer of Place and Receipt will be sent to you for your Student Visa application.
  5. Make travel arrangements. All international students are required to arrange their own Medical and Travel Insurance before arriving in New Zealand.
  6. Inform PTI of your itinerary at least 7 days before your departure.
